Karlie is knowledgeable and experienced as a Paralegal; prior to her work as a Realtor, she worked in various law firms specializing in real estate law, contracts, construction defect, as well as wills and trusts. Recently, she has also obtained her license as a broker. With a talent for both law and sales, clients trust her with one of their most important purchases and transactions: real estate.

As a full time Realtor, she is dedicated to lowering your stress level, while making your home-buying and selling experiences as enjoyable as possible. She takes pride in keeping her clients engaged and informed at every step of the process, while getting to know them on a professional and personal level.
Karlie has been a resident in the Paso Robles area since 1980; not only is she a seasoned Realtor and Paralegal, but she's also known the area for nearly four decades. She graduated from Atascadero High School, followed by Cal Poly San Luis Obispo as a Certified Paralegal. When she's not assisting clients, Karlie loves spending time with her husband and family, racing, and traveling.
